Laura provides primarily individual adult treatment and process group therapy. Laura trained and experienced in providing treatment for the processing of childhood sexual abuse, early childhood trauma, recovery from narcissistic parenting and divorce adjustment. Her intervention is psychodynamic in nature with the emphasis on process of early developmental experiences as a key to understanding present behaviors and awareness.
Chris is a knowledgable and dynamic therapist. He is a veteran in the nonprofit arena having worked in a variety of community programs for families and children in the Grand Rapids area. Chris’ treatment modalities include: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Julianne is a dedicated and charismatic therapist desiring to both encourage and listen to you. She believes strongly in the importance of the therapeutic relationship for lasting and impactful change. Julianne works with individuals, children, teens and families as well as provides group therapy. Chris Roberts is a Licensed Social Worker. He is a passionate and energetic therapist. He has worked with families and children for the past 12 years as a direct care worker and a therapist. Helping people live and achieve their most successful life is what Chris strives for with every session. While Chris specializes in TF-CBT and Play Therapy, Chris’ other treatment modalities include: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Systems Theory. Ashley is a Licensed Social Worker and received her bachelor degree from Grand Valley State University in 2005 and her masters from Western Michigan University in 2013. Ashley’s goal in life and as a therapist is to live life authentically. She views it as a privilege to be able to work with people every day, to be invited alongside others as they navigate difficult life events, heartache, mental illness, and significant changes to their lives. Ashley’s experience as a mental health clinician has allowed her to witness how resilient people are. In providing therapy to adults, she pulls from her experiences and background working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief & loss (including neonatal and child loss), parenting children with special needs and adjusting to major life changes.
Daniel (Dan) has seven years of experience working with adolescents and families who are struggling with a wide variety of mental health concerns, trauma and substance use disorders. He looks to equip each individual with healthy coping skills that can maximize their full potential.

Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with youth, families, and adults in the school, home and medical settings. Heather has worked in many different rolls across the mental health system including, trauma focused work, home-based, case management, medical social work, and outpatient therapy. Heather is passionate about helping kids, families and adults navigate the complexities of life. Heather specializes in treating anxiety, depression as well as mood issues related to health issues, specifically cancer.
Kim is a warm, empathetic, and skilled therapist. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has worked in the field as a therapist with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 8 years both in home-based and outpatient settings. Kim works wholeheartedly to meet individuals where they are at in their journey to improve their emotional and mental health. With her diverse experience, she uses a variety of evidenced based treatments including psycho-dynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Kim specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression and adjustment difficulties.
Jen is a 500 registered yoga teacher and owner of Rising Strong, LLC. Though, not a licensed therapist, she brings decades of experience in the health, wellness and human services industries. Her deepest commitment is to empower, inspire and allow you a brave space for healing.
Jen's goal is to help people become the best version of themselves and guide them to live an empowered and inspired life. Jen believes that yoga goes far beyond the mat and into your entire life. Yoga can be used as a form of movement and exercise, but also as a way to look inward.
