Often the relationship we have with the body is one of extremes. For many of us it has involved fighting an internal war of bargaining, negotiating and self shaming that leaves us ignoring our needs.

In the practice of yoga we develop a set of communication skills that deepen our ability to pay attention to what our body is saying.

Join Jen for a 4 week series that will provide opportunities for you to LISTEN to your inner voice, to INSPIRE you towards a brave response and ultimately allow you to RISE and reunite with your radiate and authentic self. Join our UPRISING! No yoga experience is necessary.

"Do not fight the body, do not kill the instinct of the body for the glory of a pose. Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach towards it. Watch, listen to it, observe its needs, its requests and even have fun"

-Vanda Scaravelli
